Order Processing Time

All orders will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Taiwan national holidays.
During holidays (e.g., Lunar New Year, National Day), orders will be processed starting from the first business day following the holiday period.

Transit Time & Shipping Fees

【Taiwan Mainland / Outlying Islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu)】
- Transit Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping Fee: NT$80
- Free shipping on orders over NT$580
- The same shipping standard (NT$80, free shipping over NT$580) applies to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu). Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout with no additional hidden fees.

【Hong Kong / Macau】
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination, displayed at checkout.

【Malaysia / Singapore】
- Transit Time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination, displayed at checkout.

【United States (Contiguous United States - 48 States Only)】
- Transit Time: 10–20 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination, displayed at checkout.
- ⚠️ Please note that standard shipping services are currently NOT supported for the following regions, and orders cannot be accepted:
  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses, and US Territories.

International Orders: Customs & Duties

All international orders (outside Taiwan) may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), consumption taxes, and other customs fees levied by the destination country or region.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. PULZENTS does not prepaid these fees, nor are we responsible for any losses caused by customs inspections, seizures, or clearance delays. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office to confirm applicable tax rates before placing an order.
