What is the lifespan of diffuser paper? How often do I need to replace it?

The lifespan of diffuser paper varies depending on frequency of use and environment. Generally speaking, with active daily use, a single sheet of diffuser paper should last approximately 45 to 60 days, but actual use time will vary depending on personal habits. When you notice a decrease in the diffuser's effect or want to switch to a new scent, simply replace it; there's no need for regular replacement. To maintain the purest aroma, it's recommended to use a new sheet when switching between scents to avoid mixing.

Do I need to buy another dock if the battery runs out?

There is no need to purchase the base, just replace the AA battery at the bottom and it can continue to operate for 180 days.

Can I use my own essential oils, sprays, or perfume? Will it cause yellowing?

Yes! We use special, durable inks that are not easily discolored by fragrance sprays. However, different brands of essential oils, perfumes, or sprays vary in concentration and composition, so some yellowing, discoloration, or marking may occur. This is normal. Some essential oils are particularly thick and prone to leaving marks, so their use is not recommended.

Is it normal for the scent paper to become a little soft or dented after spraying the scent?

Yes, this is normal.

If scented paper absorbs a large amount of water in a short period of time, it may temporarily deform due to the humidity change, such as denting or softening. This is a natural reaction of the paper. After air drying, light pressure can usually help to straighten it.

Recommended usage:

  • Keep at least 20 cm away from the scent paper when spraying
  • Avoid spraying repeatedly in the same area
  • If it is dry, you can press it lightly with your hands to adjust the shape

If the paper becomes worn out or the fragrance becomes weaker after using it for a period of time, you can also replace it with a new scented paper to obtain a better fragrance effect.

Return and Exchange Method

1. Product Appreciation Period

Except for customized products, unsealed personal hygiene products, and other products that are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period according to the "Applicable Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecommunications Transactions", the product has a 7-day appreciation period from the time the product is delivered to the delivery location (not the trial period, and the 7 days include holidays).

2. Return Policy

a. Returned merchandise must be unused and free of damage or malfunctions not caused by human error. The 7-day trial period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs. It does not constitute a trial period for the product. Please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging box), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

b. Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
  • Damage caused by human factors, such as stain, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasion, scratch, and dirt.
  • The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice, accessories (including manuals, spare parts and all accompanying documents) are missing.
  • The same product is returned more than once and the reason for the return is not due to original defects or order discrepancies.
  • Customized products.
  • Defective sale items and display items.
  • Products purchased from physical retail stores.

3. Exchange Instructions

In addition to meeting the above return conditions, you must also meet the following requirements to apply for an exchange:

  • The order does not match the actual product received.
  • The original item was found to have defects when it was unpacked .

Note: Our company only accepts exchanges under the two conditions listed above. If there is a dispute, consumers may return the product if the return conditions are met and discuss further options.

4. Return Process

  5. Once the product is confirmed to be correct, the refund will be arranged.

  4. PULZENTS contacted the courier to collect the exchange.
  5. PULZENTS will send the replacement product to the original order address.

6. Refund Instructions

  1. Credit card payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the amount will be directly refunded to the original credit card used for payment.
  2. The refund will only be for the product price. The shipping fee you paid when ordering cannot be refunded because it has been shipped.
  3. The refund amount is based on the actual amount paid. If the original order does not meet the free shipping criteria for partial returns, shipping fees will be charged.
  4. Returned merchandise must be mailed back to the designated location by the consumer. (Except for defects, the store will contact the courier to collect the returned merchandise.)
  5. Refund processing takes approximately 7-14 working days to complete.
  6. Electronic Invoice Operation Statement: When you agree to process a return and discount application, our company will handle the sales return and discount certificate for the electronic invoice to expedite the return and refund process.

7. Other considerations for returns and exchanges

  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store, and vice versa, items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online.
  • Our company reserves the right to explain the new condition and complete packaging of the product.
